Refund policy

We want you to love what you purchased — and we’ll do our best to make it right if you don’t! Please read below for our in-store exchange and online return policies:

In-Store Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

  • Receipt is required.

  • Items must have original tags attached.

  • You can:

    • Exchange your item, or
    • Receive store credit

Please note: We do not offer refunds for in-store purchases. 

Online Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be: 

    • Unworn

    • Unwashed

    • Tags still attached

  • Approved returns will receive store credit (no refunds)

  • Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed

  • Returns are eligible for an online account credit which can be applied to a future purchase.

Important:
Items returned with signs of wear (perfume, smoke, pet hair, etc.) will be sent back at your expense, and future returns may be declined.

FINAL SALE:

All FINAL SALE items cannot be returned, exchanged, or modified.

Final Sale includes:

  • Accessories
  • Jewelry
  • Hair accessories
  • Personal care items
  • Clearance items
  • Holiday-themed items
  • Bodysuits
  • Warmies
  • Any item marked “Final Sale”

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS:

Please report any issues within 7 days of delivery or pickup. After 7 days, claims are not guaranteed and reviewed case by case

To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached

Note: Color variations due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects.
